2019 Butterfly Celebration

What: Fun and Education for kids and adults
Stroll through our beautiful gardens and see what grows here in the spring. Talk with the Master Gardeners in each garden about what might work for you.
Children Activities:
Decorate a bag to take with you to collect the results of the different activities.
Make a Paper Pot and take home your very own plant.
Make a Paper Flower to decorate with.
Make a Butterfly fan.
Make a rubbing to take home and put on your refrigerator.
All about butterflies (The Range):
Exhibits of live butterflies, caterpillars and chrysalises.
Learn about the Monarch migration.
See examples of host and nectar plants.
Color a butterfly picture to take home.
